1. Services<\/span><\/h1>

We provide property reporting services including:<\/p>

  • Inventory Reports<\/li>
  • Check-In Reports<\/li>
  • Check-Out Reports<\/li>
  • Mid-Term Inspections<\/li>
  • Property Visits<\/li>
  • Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm Checks<\/li>
  • Other property-related reporting services as agreed<\/li><\/ul>

    2. Bookings<\/h2>

    Bookings are confirmed once agreed by email, phone or written communication.<\/p>

    The client is responsible for ensuring access to the property at the agreed time.<\/p>

    If access is unavailable, a call-out charge may apply.<\/p>

    3. Fees & Payment<\/h2>

    Fees are charged according to our current price list.<\/p>

    Invoices are payable within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>

    Late payments may result in future bookings being declined.<\/p>

    4. Cancellations<\/h2>

    Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment will not incur a charge.<\/p>

    Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of 50% to 100% of the booking value.<\/p>

    5. Reports<\/h2>

    Reports are prepared using observations made during the inspection.<\/p>

    Reports are intended as an impartial record of the property’s condition at the time of inspection.<\/p>

    Reports do not constitute a structural survey or safety inspection.<\/p>

    6. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>

    While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, we shall not be liable for:<\/p>

    • Hidden defects<\/li>
    • Latent damage<\/li>
    • Mechanical failures<\/li>
    • Structural issues not visible during inspection<\/li><\/ul>

      Our liability shall not exceed the value of the fee paid for the service provided.<\/p>

      7. Photographs<\/h2>

      Photographs may be included within reports to support observations recorded during inspections.<\/p>

      Photographs form part of the report and should be considered alongside written descriptions.<\/p>

      8. Data Protection<\/h2>

      Personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.<\/p>
