Check-In Reports
Our check-in service helps ensure a smooth start to the tenancy. We verify the property’s condition against the inventory report, record relevant details such as meter readings and key handovers and provide a clear record of the property’s condition at the time the tenant takes possession.
Check-out Reports
At the end of the tenancy, we carry out a thorough inspection of the property and compare its condition against the original inventory. Any changes, damage, cleaning issues or missing items are recorded with supporting photographs, providing an objective report to assist landlords and agents.
Mid-Term Inspections
