1. Services

We provide property reporting services including:

• Inventory Reports
• Check-In Reports
• Check-Out Reports
• Mid-Term Inspections
• Property Visits
• Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm Checks
• Other property-related reporting services as agreed

2. Bookings

Bookings are confirmed once agreed by email, phone or written communication.

The client is responsible for ensuring access to the property at the agreed time.

If access is unavailable, a call-out charge may apply.

3. Fees & Payment

Fees are charged according to our current price list.

Invoices are payable within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may result in future bookings being declined.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment will not incur a charge.

Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of 50% to 100% of the booking value.

5. Reports

Reports are prepared using observations made during the inspection.

Reports are intended as an impartial record of the property’s condition at the time of inspection.

Reports do not constitute a structural survey or safety inspection.

6. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, we shall not be liable for:

• Hidden defects
• Latent damage
• Mechanical failures
• Structural issues not visible during inspection

Our liability shall not exceed the value of the fee paid for the service provided.

7. Photographs

Photographs may be included within reports to support observations recorded during inspections.

Photographs form part of the report and should be considered alongside written descriptions.

8. Data Protection

Personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
